Do some snakes attract other snakes? Yes, this is very true. They have the power to attract other snakes or keep them away depending on the situation. Mostly, the female snakes do lure the male snakes that they want to mate with. Some snake like king snakes which eat another snake will also try to lure or attract them. The answer to this question that you are looking for will solely depend on the situation.
Situations Where Some Snakes Will Attract Others
-Male snakes can easily attract the female snakes because the Estrogen level in their body is higher than the females. The male snakes, therefore, are regarded as the sexiest species of attraction. Estrogen has effects which have been identified in so many studies. The chemical present in it is very powerful.
-Snakes also attract each other when mating. Male snakes do wake up first. Immediately the females wake up, they find themselves surrounded by male snakes. That is when the female will release a special odor that will initiate the snake’s mating season. That scent is so powerful that all the males will make an attempt to of mating with the female. This where the battle begins due to competition. Up to 25 snakes may decide to entangle themselves around the female.
